Words of Wisdom – “Father’s Day Memento” – #1

June 4, 2019

Father’s day is the pleasing of a father, though what of from a wife? Would a wife reach her hand to please her husband? It should be very simple in how to ‘please a man’ from a wife’s perspective. For a man had only become a father through that act of ‘pleasing’. In all hilarity, a man desires the simplest things in that realm of simplicity…

#1: Do not talk.

#2: Make me something to eat.

#3: Go down on me.

Three simple things that could be done (or performed) without complications. Is peace simply required, or is it acquired simply? The latter, because peace is a very simple feeling, and a man desires that most of all.

For I can hear my own father (though he be deceased) speaking these words, three times in my head:

  1. Peace and quiet.
  2. Peace and quiet.
  3. Peace and quiet.
