“The Sweetness of Snow” – Erotic Poem

By

Fill each glance,

As you fill each cup

With the redness of a woman without showing sign

You’ll give up in the pursuit

To please.

We each wish a taste

Of breast and bone,

In each test held in stone

For the wishing wants,

In each thing that haunts

Us all, in our loneliness,

And we each want pieces of you.

A breast for a mouth,

A shoulder for a tear,

A leg for the feast,

And the other for the second one.

The sweetness of snow

Is held dear, for us to show

How lust can divide itself

In want after wishful want

Like shelves full of mystery.
