Poem – “As much as I Love You” – Romance – 8/25/2020

No other woman,
No other woman
Comes close
To rounding this love
Away from wounds.
You are my tears in the limelight,
My trembling stopped,
My world, my empire
That sits upon your shoulders
Beneath the blue
Of this fallen evening.

No other spectacle
As sweet,
No other miracle
As delicate,
Nothing comes close
To the touch of you.

Your lips, covered
With the rouge of red.
Your arms, so white
Against the sun of my eyes.
I will radiate you
For years to come.
I will lift you, soar you
Beyond the ashes of your life
Left behind,
That your greatness shines,
That your heart is awakened.
