“Two Areas to Kiss” – Poem

By

I have come to stay with your tired form,

And land softness

To each enveloping turmoil

That has reached your ears,

Your mouth,

And your eyes.

Two areas to kiss,

One of each lip.

I will love, for eternity to come,

And kiss, as though each lip were a rose petal

Mounted upon a sculpture.

I live for you,

And love you.

Wickedness has nestled itself

Deep within you.

And upon each lip,

A kiss will tear it all away.
